Arabic Speaking Legal Assistant

At LY Law, we know the value of hands-on experience while learning the ropes in the legal arena. As a committed team open to sharing our enthusiasm for the practice of law, we have created an ongoing Arabic Speaking Legal Assistant position at our firm.

While working with us as an Arabic Speaking Legal Assistant, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Excellent English (both oral and written);

• Excellent Arabic (both oral and written);

• Proficient in standard business computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Scanning, Internet, etc.;

• Well-organized with excellent work ethic;

• Work with government agencies such as the Ministry of Labour or Dubai Courts;

• Translate from English to Arabic and Arabic to English as per the needs of the team;

• Assist with all Arabic language filings;

• Handle calls effectively and efficiently;

• Attend to office visitors in a professional and courteous manner;

• Manage daily administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, document filing, emails, etc.;

• Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements
