Senior Paralegal


Noora is one of the Firm’s highly capable and proficient Legal Assistants.  She covers a multitude of areas, with particular interest in family law, media and advertising law and government relations.

Noora’s positive energy and eternal optimism are infectious and inspiring.  She is keenly intelligent, creative and organized.  She is witty and wise, with a pragmatic and no-task-is-too-small attitude.  Her passionate and energetic personality radiate throughout her practice.

Prior to joining the Firm on a full-time basis, she interned with the Firm for a few terms.  It was then, during her internships, that Noora discovered her passion for law and legal practice.

She speaks English and Arabic fluently.

Representative Roles and Matters

As is the case with other team members, Noora’s role at the Firm is multi-faceted and extensive.  Noora is exceptional legal researcher and analytical drafter, across many disciplines and jurisdictions.  Her strong inter-personal skills and cultural awareness make her a very effective manager of government and semi-government relationships.  She also oversees the Firm’s document and client management systems, constantly working on evolving and perfecting them.

Noora is especially passionate and well-versed in family law.  She assists clients with matters of marriage registration, divorces, guardianship and custody, inheritance and the like.  Noora handles and enjoys corporate structuring and estate planning.  She assists with clients’ human resource structuring and employment resolution matters.  Furthermore, Noora specializes in assisting clients with matters related to events planning, social media, advertising and media law.

Personal Interests

Noora, who is of Jordanian descent, grew up in the United States.  She moved with her family to the U.A.E. when she was a teenager and graduated from school and university in Sharjah.

Noora is passionate about psychology and women’s studies.  She enjoys spending time with family, watching Netflix, travelling to experience and learn about diverse cultures and try new food.
