About Our Law Firm in Dubai
Who we are
Licensed by the Dubai Government Legal Affairs Department (Ruler's Court) and registered with DMCC and the DIFC Courts, we handle cases throughout the UAE from our office in Reef Tower, Jumeirah Lakes Towers.
Our clients range from individual expats and families to family offices, startups, and multinational corporations. We handle matters across more than fifteen practice areas, from corporate law and employment to family law, immigration, real estate, and criminal defence. Our team works in five languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, and French.
Our Founder and Managing Partner, Ludmila Yamalova, is an internationally recognized legal commentator whose insights have been featured in leading publications including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The New York Times, Gulf News, and The National. She has also been recognized among the 50 Most Influential Businesswomen of the UAE (2026) and the Top 100 Expat Business Leaders in the UAE (2024).
Our approach
Our advice is practical and specific to your situation. We look at the exact law, the article number, the deadline, and the amount at stake before we explain your options. If those options include something you would rather not hear, we tell you anyway.
You work directly with the lawyers handling your case. We communicate in plain language and keep you updated throughout. The goal is simple: you leave every meeting knowing what happens next and why.
